The late Citroen DS23 injection cars fitted 185 R 15 tyres as did the S-Type Jaguar, both these cars benefit from a period asymmetric tread pattern and carcass such as the whitewall 185 R 15 Michelin XVS that we now have offered. These tyres are also available as the 185 R 15 Michelin XVS-P with the black side wall raised curbing band.

Maintaining White Wall or White Letter Tyres
Whitewall or raised white letters tyres will need continual maintenance; they are not a fit and forget item. You will need to keep the tyres clean, usually just with hot soapy water.
NEVER USE tyre shine products on Whitewall or RWL letters, many of these products have enhancers for black tyres that will discolour the white rubber permanently.
