History of the Citroën 8CV
The smallest Rosalie 8CV, like the Citroen Type B of the first half of the 1920s, was powered by a 1,452 cc four-cylinder engine that drove the rear wheels. The three-speed gearbox included synchromesh on the two upper gears, and drum brakes were used on all four wheels. The automobile was 4.27 metres long and had a top speed of around 56 mph.
