History of the Autobianchi A112
The Autobianchi A112 was a supermini developed as a smaller equivalent of the Fiat 128's platform with the engine of the Fiat 850, bodywork was designed by Bertone. It was introduced as a replacement for the Bianchina and Primula in 1969. The A112 was in production for 17 years, spanning 7 generations of models and an end production total of 1,115,000 A112s had been built including the Abarth A112 which was later rebadged as a Lancia.
