History of the Jensen C-V8

Built from 1962–1966, the C-V8 would use the same wheelbase and track dimensions as the car it was replacing; the 541S. It also kept the notable 541 trait of having fiberglass bodywork with only the door skins being made from aluminium. Named the C-V8 after the 361 V8 Chrysler engine it would go on to use, the car was notably quick compared to other 4-seaters of its era; reaching 0-60 in 6.7 seconds. 500 would be made.
