The Bentley Mulsanne originally fitted 235/70 R15, however it would also fit a 255/65 R15.
Longstone's recommended performance tyre is the 235/70R15 Michelin XVS Whitewall, it offers asymmetric tyre technology to help directional stability at cruising speed.
If you don't want whitewall tyres the 235/70 R 15 Avon Turbosteel is a good option in this size.
Our recommended 255 tyre is the 255/65 VR 15 Avon Turbospeed CR27.
The correct innertube for 235/70 R15 tyres is the Michelin 15/17H. 255/65 R15 tyres cannot fit innertubes.

History of the Bentley Mulsanne

The Bentley Mulsanne was a performance luxury automobile manufactured by Bentley from 1980 to 1992. The name is taken from Bentley's illustrious past, which includes five triumphs at the 24 Hours of Le Mans - the 'Mulsanne Straight' is the portion of the Le Mans racetrack where cars achieve their top speeds. The new Bentley claimed to embody the spirit of Bentley motoring by providing sufficient performance while being wonderfully comfortable. The desire to drive a Rolls-Royce was presumably the driving motivation for the two Bentley Mulsanne L limos, yet with their enlarged wheelbase, they had their own presence while in traffic. The Mulsanne was powered by a whopping 6.75 L Rolls-Royce V8 with aluminium alloy cylinder heads. On all automobiles starting in 1986, two SU carburettors were replaced by Bosch fuel injection. A three-speed automatic transmission is standard on all Mulsanne's.
