During the 1960s, 1970s, and 1980s, 13" wheels were very common for cars produced by major manufacturers such as Ford, Vauxhall, and Leyland. These cars were often originally fitted with 560 - 15 crossply tyres, including the Ford Corsair, Hillman Avenger, Singer Gazelle, Sunbeam Alpine, Triumph Herald, and Vauxhall Victor.
