165HR15 Tyres
Throughout the '60s, 165HR15 was a very popular tyre size. Though many cars didn’t leave the factory with a radial 165HR15 tyre, it is a radial equivalent for 5.60X15 or 5.90X15 crossply tyres. Cars like TR2, TR3& TR4 fitted crossply tyres would then fit a radial 165HR15 such as these Pirelli Cinturato CA67. The later Triumph Sports cars TR5 & TR6 left the factory already fitted with radial tyres 165HR15, and again the Pirelli would be the perfect tyre.

It’s also worth pointing out that when Roger Moore was a Saint he drove his Volvo P1800 fitted with the 165HR15 Pirelli Cinturato Tyres. They are also perfect for Porsche 365, early 911 and MGA.

Roger Moore has frequently fitted Pirelli Cinturato tyres. When he played Lord Brett Rupert George Robert Andrew Sinclair in the Persuaders, he fitted 205VR15 Pirelli Cinturato ™ CN72 on his DBS but before that, as Simon Templar in the Saint, he had 165HR15 Pirelli Cinturato CA67 tyres on his Volvo P1800.

The original tire on my '63 *** Looks perfect, but made with better rubber than the original. What more could one ask for

Shipping of product. Don’t use the packing tape that was used. It stuck to tires and a mess trying to scrape off residue and tape, I’m Still not done. \nBest use a better tape to secure inner tubes inside.
