These tyres are the correct 30 x 3½ clincher fitment for the Ford Model T. Wards Riverside clincher tyres became a popular choice in period due to the Montgomery Ward mail order catalogue, and remain a dependable and historically accurate option today.

These 30 - 3.5 clincher tyres (also known as beaded edge tyres in the UK) rely on innertubes and high pressure to lock into the rim. They suit original Model T wheels perfectly and retain the correct vintage appearance, rather than converting to later well-based rims.

These tyres must be used with innertubes. At longstone we find that Michelin's tubes are of the best quality, we always recommend them where possible. We recommend the Michelin 760x90 Central Valve Inner Tube or the Long Central Valve Model T Inner Tube.
