185 R 15 inner tubes
Many sports cars of the 1960s fitted 185 - 15 tyres, such as e-type Jaguars, Aston Martin DB5 & Ferrari 250 GTE, and these cars also fitted wire wheels. When fitting wire wheels it is important to fit a high quality inner tube, of which we think the Michelin 15 F 13 Airstop tube is the best.
We would suggest the best tyres in this size are 185VR15 Pirelli Cinturato and 185VR15 Michelin XVS.
205/70 R 15 inner tubes
Lots of these cars later moved on to fit 205/70VR15 as low profile tyres, where again this Michelin 15 F 13 is still the best option. We would suggest the best tyres in this size are 205/70VR15 Michelin XWX and 205/70VR15 Pirelli Cinturato CN12
