Michelin XDX FAQ
Q: Do Michelin still make the Michelin XDX?
Yes, however it is only made in a couple of sizes. 185/70VR13 XDX, a very popular tyre size from the 1970s and 1980s, fitted to cars that originally fitted 165R13 tyres. There is also the 205/70VR13 Michelin XDX which goes with the 185/70VR13 XDX on an Alpine A310.
Q: What is the difference between a Michelin XDX and a Michelin XWX?
The Michelin XDX was designed to be quieter and give a more comfortable ride than the XWX tyre that was more suited to cars such as Ferrari Daytona and Lamborghini Countach.
