- Central Inner tube for 12 - 45: Michelin 18" C RET Central Valve Tube.
- Offset Inner tube for 12 - 45: Michelin 18/19CD RET Offset Valve tube.
- The pressed steel disc wheels do not need a rim tape whereas a wire wheel would: Rim Tape 14" - 17".
- 12-45 tyres are a Michelin Bibendum tyre developed in 1924 and used though to the 1930s.
- Cars such as Samson, Peugeot 172, Amilcar L and M, Mathis Mona 4, Mona 6 and Prima 4 fitted 12-45 tyres.
- We recommend the 12 x 45 Michelin DR as the best tyre in the size.
- A 45cm Michelin wheel has a well that only goes round ¾ of the rim, and will also usually need a central valve innertube.
