There are budget inner tubes also available 550-650 16" Offset Valve Tube however it would be misguided to fit a budget tube inside a crossply Jeep tyre such as this that runs at relatively low pressures.

Solid tyres, E marked well priced. difficult to balance whish is probably a function of them being crossply classic design.
