Pirelli’s fantastic P5 is a new production of the P5 that Jaguar asked Pirelli to make a 205/70 R 15 for their luxury cars back in the 1970s. There is no better tyre to fit to your Jaguar or of course Daimler XJ6, early XJ12, Sovereign or XJS.

Back in period this 205/70WR15 P5 was actually V rated however this current production has attained the W speed rating that is more suited to especially the V12 Jaguars.

Although we would suggest that the P5 205/70 R 15 Pirelli is the perfect tyre for the series 3 V12 E-Type Jaguar we think if you are desperate to fit a wider tyre to your earlier 6 cylinder e type then the 205/70 R 15 Pirelli Cinturato CN12 is slightly better suited to a 6 cylinder steering E-type as they will work better with a car that does not have power steering.
