In 2017 Pirelli built a small batch of 700-15 tyres to help Ferrari celebrate its fantastic 250 GTO. These Pirelli Stelvio tyres come in 2 sizes for the front and the rear. 7.00 – 15 225/70R15 and 6.00 -15 215/70R15 Stelvio.
We also offer a set Ferrari 250 GTO Tyres with Michelin Inner tubes 2 of 215/70R15 & 2 of 225/70R15 Pirelli Stelvio with inner tubes.
700-15 Tyres
In period the Ferrari 250 GTO fitted 7.00-15 crossply racing tyres. The Pirelli 700-15 Stelvio now being, is actually a 225/70VR15 tyre with a W 170mph Speed rating, however for the sake of making these tyres look correct, Pirelli name the tyres as 225/70VR15 n one side and 7.00-15 on the other side.
7.00-15
In theory the tyre dimension 700-15 means a tyre built for a 15” wheel with a tyre section of 7 inches.
700-15 Inner Tubes
Because these special 700-15 or 225/70VR15 Ferrari 250 GTO tyres are going to be fitted onto wire wheels, specifically Borrani wire wheels, the Michelin 15/17 H 13 inner tube is perfect for the job.When Ferrari Celebrated the 250 GTO in 2017 Pirelli produced a small batch of these Pirelli Stelvio tyres. Ferrari’s 250 GTO came fitted with 2 different size racing tyres. 6.00-15 & 7.00-15.
This tyre has 7.00-15 written on one side of the tyre, and on the other side it specifies the correct modern description for this tyre. 225/70R15. Worth noting this tyre also has ‘Exclusive design for Ferrari 250 GTO’ written on one side.
Pirelli also made a small batch of the front tyre. Which has written 6.00-15 on one side and 215/70R15 Pirelli Stelvio on the other.
In 2017 to help Ferrari celebrate a major birthday of the 250 GTO Pirelli produced these Stelvio tyres, which includes this 215/70R15 Stelvio and a 225/70R15 Stelvio.

These tyres were built specially for Ferrari 250 GTO and on the side of the tyre it says “Exclusive design for Ferrari 250 GTO
