Michelin TB15
Michelin's legendary TB intermediate tarmac rally tyre has been reintroduced. Offering astounding levels of grip whilst also now being road legal! The original range included the SB (slick for dry roads), TB (intermediate for dry and damp roads) and PB (rain for wet roads).
The latest TB features the same design as the original and an equivalent tread compound providing even better grip.
The Michelin TB5 / TB15 ranges, although developed very much with motorsport use in mind, are road legal, roadworthy and comply with the Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations. To demonstrate this each tyre carries an ?E2? mark on both sidewalls and an adjacent type approval number.

Michelin have now added the TB5 F and R to the range, this uncompromising tyre has a semi slick pattern for the ultimate in dry performance, with a harder compound for the rear tyre. Again this tyre is fully road legal!
Original Applications of Michelin TB
As this tyre is now road legal and V (150mph) rated it will be appropriate for all manner of high performance classic cars, kit cars, replicas and track day specials.

Michelin TB Tyre Sizes
The original TB sizes are maintained, for example, 18/60-15, 18 = tread width in centimetres, 60 = overall diameter in centimetres and 15 = rim diameter in inches. In addition, more conventional tyre size markings have also been added.
